Test conditions:

1. according to GB/T 1039. The sample was adjusted to 4h at temperature of 23, 2 and constant, and the test was carried out under this condition.

2. the test equipment should comply with the relevant equipment regulations of the GB/T1040-1992 sixth chapters: the fixture spacing is 200mm, and the drop speed of the empty car is 200mm/min + 20mm/min.

Sampling methods:

Heat resistance:

Test quality and material selection:

1.TA bag is 20kg polypropylene, polyethylene resin or material with equal density.

2.A bags are 25kg polypropylene, polyethylene resin or material with equal density.

The 3.B bag is 40kg urea or the material with the same density;

The 4.C bag is 50kg urea or the material with the same density.

Order of test:

The first one: vertical, horizontal and lateral

Second: horizontal - lateral - longitudinal

Third: lateral longitudinal horizontal direction

The sample was placed at the height of 1.2m, and the three fall tests were made in the order of 5.7.5 to check whether there was a bag rupture and the leakage of the packing.

Health performance:

It is carried out according to GB/T5009.60.
